If the recalled floating wall theater entertainment center and panels have been attached to drywall without toggle bolts, consumers should clear the space underneath and immediately around the entertainment center and stay away from it. Consumers should contact Manhattan Comfort for a free repair. The repair will consist of providing consumers with toggle bolts and instructions on how to remove and reinstall the floating theater.
If the bottom panel of the recalled floating wall theater entertainment center has been attached to any wall surface without the included safety screw, consumers should immediately stop using the entertainment center and contact Manhattan Comfort for a free repair. The repair will consist of providing consumers with a replacement safety screw and instructions on how to apply the safety screw.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled sprayers and contact Harbor Freight Tools for instructions on returning the sprayer hose and wand to the nearest store for a full refund in the form of a Harbor Freight Tools gift card. Consumers should flush the sprayer with water and cut the sprayer hose and wand off the product with scissors. If unable to return the sprayer hose and wand to a Harbor Freight Tools store, contact Harbor Freight Tools using their toll-free number or email address to request a prepaid return shipping label. Harbor Freight Tools is contacting all known purchasers directly.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Charge Case Accessory and contact Humane to receive a full refund or free replacement. Consumers will have the option to receive a refund or a replacement Charge Case Accessory. Consumers who purchased the Charge Case Accessory will receive a $149 refund, while consumers who purchased the Charge Case as part of the Ai Pin Complete System will receive a $129 refund. The approved replacement Charge Case Accessory will be available in approximately 3 to 6 months. Consumers should dispose of the product in accordance with any local and state laws, and not in the trash.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled metal straw that comes with the tumbler and contact HALO for instructions on how to receive a free replacement silicone straw, after returning the metal straw. If consumers don’t want to keep the tumbler either, they can return it with the metal straw and receive a refund in the form of a $15 gift card. The original tumbler and metal straw must be returned to HALO to receive the refund. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required to receive a replacement or refund. HALO will provide a pre-paid label for shipping the recalled units. Consumers should not return the recalled units to Wawa stores.

The recalled ATVs fail to comply with the requirements of the federal mandatory ATV safety regulations. The youth ATVs’ mechanical suspension fails to comply with safety requirements, posing a crash hazard. The adult ATVs’ service brakes fail to sufficiently stop the vehicle, posing a crash hazard, and the handlebars pose a laceration hazard if the adult rider’s body or head impacts the handlebars. ATVs that fail to meet the mandatory safety regulations pose a risk of serious injury or death.
Consumers should stop using the recalled ATVs immediately and contact Ricky Powersports to arrange to return the ATVs for a full refund.

The throttle lever on the recalled ATVs can fail to return to the idle position when a driver releases it, and the vehicle could then unexpectedly continue to accelerate, posing a crash hazard.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled ATVs and contact an authorized CFMOTO dealer to schedule a free repair at the dealership. CFMOTO has issued a stop ride notice to consumers and is contacting all registered owners and dealers directly.

The vehicle can move when on an incline and “park” is displayed on the digital dash. This can allow the vehicle to roll away, posing a crash hazard.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact Textron Specialized Vehicles to schedule a free repair. The repair kit will include a new shift cable bracket, shift sensor, and a decal to be placed at the dash display. The new shift sensor will allow the dash to display an "E" for shift error if “park” on the vehicle is not fully engaged. Customers will be directly notified to bring their vehicle to an authorized dealership to have the kit added at no cost. Textron is contacting all known purchasers directly.
